Do note that this is tutorial would not get you free premium account instantly.
The concept is you upload a file to rapidshare and earn points when people downloads your file.Just make sure its larger than 5mb.
Go to http://rapidshare.com/
Point your mouse cursor to Free Zone --> Collector's Zone Login (as shown below)
Choose your desired user name and password.You can edit more in setting after successfully logged in:

You can create a "Collectors Account" in Rapidshare.com, every file larger than 5 MB from your upload gets downloaded, you'll earn points.
When you collect 10,000 points, you can convert these points to a 30 days premium account.
